It is recommended to clean the entire sofa with a soft brush. Avoid strong friction or violent, energetic movements. Do not use a vacuum cleaner.

The Liquidblocked technique used on the fabric makes it difficult to absorb fluids - it causes the liquid to collect on the surface of the material without penetrating deep into the fibers. Thanks to this, we can remove the coffee, tea or wine in a few seconds, applying a slightly absorbent cloth or a paper towel to it.

Metal and wooden elements should not be exposed to long -term contact with water. If necessary, they should be wiped with a damp cloth, using neutral detergents (do not use bleaches, soap for hard surfaces or agents containing ammonia). Remains of cleaning agents should be wiped dry.

For cleaning wet or greasy stains, use tissue paper, followed by a damp, soft sponge to quickly absorb the stain. Then you can start removing stains using a neutral cleaning agent and water. Defined surfaces should be cleaned with delicate, circular movements from the outside to the inside, avoiding vigorous rubbing wet fibers. After removing the stain, the fabric should be left to dry at room temperature. If necessary, repeat the activity, expanding the area around the stained place to reduce the effect of circulation.

Before cleaning, we recommend testing the cleaning agent on the hidden part of the sofa to avoid damage to the fabric. To extend the life of the fabric, we recommend protecting its surface from pets.

Due to the fact that our furniture consists of large items, they are most often transported on pallets. Pallet shipments guarantee safety and optimal pricing. Furniture is usually transported by vehicles equipped with lifts. The driver delivers the furniture on a cart to the front door of the house or the entrance of the stairwell in an apartment building. 

For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.

The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and insurance. 

Delivery date 

The estimated delivery time for your order is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

Unfortunately, but currently we do not have the option of payment on delivery. It is possible to use the installment program and Paypo.

Is there an installment payment option?

Yes, we have this option, it is available when finalizing the order. Please select Payments by Przelewy24 and then select the installment payment.

Can I make a partial payment instead of paying the whole amount?

Do you issue VAT invoices for orders?

Which products are refundable?

All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.

What is the Eye On Design loyalty program?

By joining the loyalty program, customers will receive 1 point for each zloty spent. The collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for subsequent orders. Discount coupons may not exceed 10% of the next order.

Example:

The 1000 points accumulated can be exchanged for a discount voucher PLN 100 for subsequent purchases worth at least PLN 1,000. 

What can you get points in the loyalty program for?

Points in our loyalty program can be obtained for: shopping in our store, account registration, liking and observing the Eye on Design account in social media. You can also get points in the form of a birthday gift.

Is it possible to delay shipping?

Please contact the Customer Service Office to verify this possibility.

How will the goods be sent?

Shipping the goods will depend on its size, usually the logistics partner is DPD, DHL, Fedex, Ambro Express or taken care of.

Before the planned delivery, we will send an email to your with a number to track the parcel.

What are the delivery costs?

In the case of orders over PLN 1,000, delivery is free, below this amount the cost of delivery depends on the size and weight of the product.

Is it possible to place an order?

In the case of large -size orders, we have the option of delivery. Shipping with a contribution is paid for an additional 199 PLN.

Do you have furniture assembly option?

Unfortunately, we don't have such an option at present. However, the installation of most furniture is quite simple, each piece of furniture is equipped with assembly instructions.

I would like to see what the material looks like, how can I order a sampler?

Samples can be ordered here at PLN 139 (shipping cost: PLN 40, deposit PLN 99). When the sampler is returned, a deposit is returned (PLN 99), in addition, when buying a furniture (and simultaneously returning the sampler, we return the shipping cost PLN 40). In the commentary on the order, please enter which product we should choose the sampler.

Do I have to have an Eye on Design account to place an order?

This is not required, but we encourage you to create an account to be able to use special offers, loyalty program and faster service of your orders.

Who bears the cost of the parcel in the event of a return?

The cost is borne by the buyer.

Are the products covered by the warranty? 

Yes, each product is covered by the warranty.

What is the permissible limit of dimensional tolerance for upholstered furniture?

The permissible tolerance limit for upholstered furniture is ± 4 cm. These differences result from the properties of materials used in production and the specifics of the upholstery process.

What should you do when the product got damaged to me?

What is the company's policy about returns?

Each of our customers (both individual and business) can return the purchased (undamaged and unused) goods on time 14 calendar days from the day he came into possession of the purchased item (delivery of the order).

To maintain the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is enough to send information on the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract. Then, after receiving the refund confirmation, within 14 calendar days, the unused and undamaged goods to the address indicated by us should be delivered at your own expense.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we refund all of the received payments, excluding the shipping cost, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and found no signs of damage and use.

We will make a refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have clearly agreed to another solution.

Returns do not include personalized products to order.
